What is EB Automate?

EB Automate (also called EBA) is the product at evalbox.ai. It is built by EvalBox.

After a short signup and onboarding, you get a private workspace and a dedicated email address. Send automation requests from Gmail, Outlook, or the dashboard. Attach PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, and photos — including HEIC from iPhone. EBA helps with bids, documents, follow-ups, research, and scheduling-style work.

Who it is for

Owners and small teams who already run the business from email — construction, landscaping, professional services, and similar trades — and want an AI assistant that meets them there.

How teams work

Workspaces support Owner and Member roles. Owners invite teammates, manage billing, and approve outbound email drafts. Members collaborate on shared automation threads.
