EvalBox, a SaaS company that provides cloud infrastructure solutions for private Large Language Model (LLM) stacks. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

EvalBox provides a managed cloud infrastructure solution for hosting private LLM stacks. You understand and agree that EvalBox is not responsible for the manner in which our platform is used, including but not limited to:

• The type of data stored or processed on our platform;
• The security measures taken by you to protect your data; or
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Security and Maintenance

EvalBox shall make reasonable efforts to maintain the security and integrity of our platform, including but not limited to:

However, EvalBox is not responsible for any data breaches, unauthorized access, or other security incidents that may occur on our platform. You understand and agree that you are responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of your own data.

Our platform may include third-party software and services, including but not limited to:

• Data analytics tools;
• Machine learning frameworks;
• Integration services.

You acknowledge that these third-party software and services have their own terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice. EvalBox shall not be responsible for any issues or concerns arising from the use of these third-party software and services.

4. Maintenance, Repair, and Upgrade

EvalBox reserves the right to:

• Maintain, repair, or upgrade our platform to ensure optimal performance;
• Discontinue or modify any features or functionality on our platform without notice;
• Terminate a deployed instance at any time if terms of service are violated;
• Terminate an account at any time if terms of service are violated.

You understand and agree that EvalBox is not responsible for any issues or concerns arising from maintenance, repair, or upgrade activities.

EvalBox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. You agree to review these Terms regularly and acknowledge that your continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

EvalBox disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

You understand and agree that EvalBox shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Washington Arbitration & Mediation Service.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our platform.
